Customers may return products within 7 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• intact,

• unused,

• in its original packaging.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
We also accept product exchanges.

Shipping costs for returns are not charged to the customer when a free return label is included in the package.
