Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 150 g natural plain yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon Olivum

  • 1 apple or pear, diced

  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

Preparation:

  1. Dice the fruit and, if desired, lightly toast it in a pan with cinnamon for a warm, aromatic touch.

  2. Pour the yogurt into a bowl.

  3. Add one teaspoon of Olivum and stir well.

  4. Mix in the fruit and nuts.

  5. Finish with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
